If the tree is otherwise healthy and valuable, removal isn’t your only option. What it does
A bracing and cable system supports the weight of the crown when it’s under load — wind, ice, snow, the natural sway of a mature tree. By tying weaker unions together and redistributing stress, the system reduces the risk of a major limb or stem failure.
