Who We Are

Canopy Crawler Tree Care was built around a simple idea: a skilled climber with a sharp saw can do almost any tree job — often better, often cheaper, and almost always with less impact on your property than a crew with a bucket truck. That’s the whole thing. That’s why we exist.

Our approacH

We work from the tree itself. Spurs, ropes, harness, saw — that’s the setup. It’s how arborists worked for generations before lift trucks took over, and for a lot of jobs it’s still the smartest way to do it. Tight access, sensitive landscaping, big trees in small spaces — climbing handles all of it without the collateral damage.

We also believe in being honest about whether a tree needs to come down. A lot of removals we get called for don’t actually need to happen. When a tree can be saved, we’ll tell you. When it can’t, we’ll explain why and lay out a plan that makes sense.

Why climbing matters

A bucket truck can only reach what it can drive up to. That rules out a huge number of backyard trees right off the top — anything behind a fence, down a slope, over a garden, or surrounded by other landscaping. Even when a lift can technically reach a tree, getting it into position usually means crushed lawns, broken pavers, and damaged garden beds.

Climbing skips all of that. We walk in, gear up, and go to work. No tracks across your yard. No equipment damage. No surcharge for the difficulty of access — because for us, access is just part of the job.

Safety & insurance

Tree work is dangerous when it’s done by people who don’t know what they’re doing.

We take safety seriously: proper climbing gear, modern rigging techniques, and the right equipment for every job. We’re fully insured, so if anything ever does go sideways, you’re covered.

Were proud of our work

We treat your property the way we’d treat our own. We respect the trees we work on — even the ones coming down. And we’ll always shoot you straight about what your tree needs, even if it means walking away from the job.
